Mosborough Hall

On Saturday 21/01/06 We undertook a mini investigation of Mosborough Hall, its grounds and the Barn.

In the Darcy Bedroom we set up our infrared camera and recorded from approximately 3.30 pm on the Saturday afternoon until 6.30 am on Sunday Morning hours. The tapes have got to be fully reviewed and accessed but we do appear on several occasions to have light anomalies caught on our VHS recording equipment.

We also took digital photography in the Darcy Room with some interesting results. We used Nikon and Fuji cameras. The photos below are a selection taken on both cameras

We believe there is only a single haunting in the barn that of a man.

The Darcy room seemed to be haunted by a man who stood around 5’ 7’’ to 5’ 8’’ tall in a Georgian style of dress.

We also picked up on a servant girl. 

We also did a very quick walk around of the other bedrooms in the older part of the hotel each room had different energies within them. Although I know from experience that spirit move around a building a couple of the rooms were of interest. One of the bedrooms had a very sad feeling within it like a loss of love or a physical loss like one of losing a baby.

Based on our preliminary investigations we believe Mosborough Hall to be the home of at least 4 spirits. Three within the main building and one in the Barn.
