On the Evening of the 12th December 2005 I was joined by The Ghost Hunters Extraordinaire (GHE) paranormal group at the Anchor Pub in Canewdon.

I arrived at the pub at about 10 PM and once the pub closed I set up my equipment

Notable occurrences during the night 

During first seance

We had the presence of a 12 year old girl, and the presence of an old man who gave both myself and another person in the seance a severe pain in my right shoulder! I also got a man who was very old who was in the pub during the 1890’s and his name was George he also gave me the year of 1901 as the last year he was in!

One presence also tried to physically come through at least 2 mediums during the first seance thought to be George I physically saw this spirit by the side of another medium and as we were not operating a physical circle I promised to go back in the future to do a trance circle as this one spirit wanted to communicate with us in this way.

We got a number of lovely orb photos taken during the evening which were taken under the direction of my guides.

We also got at least one light anomaly on DVD cam using infrared light. 

A second seance was undertaken by members of the GHE and spirits came back and communicated to the owners of the pub. I did not take part in this other than an advisory role for circle protection.

During the evening I did leave the anchor pub and took a short walk to the village church about 5 minutes away! The graveyard surrounding the church is where we believe George is buried in. We require further work to be carried out to find the exact location of George’s grave.
